Boston/Southern New Hampshire Territories

 

Our Client, the leading commercial pest control company in the United States, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage their sales in the Boston area and another in the Southern New Hampshire region.  This is a home office-based position with ability to report to company’s offices for meetings.  Weekly travel throughout assigned territory is required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in Business to Business sales
  • Proven and verifiable track record of cold calling and face to face sales in the field
  • Previous negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience writing estimates / proposals
  • Valid driver’s license/clean driving record and reliable vehicle
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn company’s product and services
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Solid computer skills
 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Cold calling and traveling to prospect for new business opportunities
  • Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets
  • Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Company programs, protocols, pricing policies and service offerings
  • Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with service and operations personnel to maximize growth opportunities
  • Documenting descriptions of property and recording accurate measurements of areas inspected
  • Estimating job costs and preparing Service recommendations
  • Preparing appropriate specs and treatment plans for the agreed to Service Plan
  • Prospecting and developing new sales leads
  • Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques
